- I acknowledge that before Richard sends the banking details, he will need to speak with both the parent and the student on the phone for a screening.
- I acknowledge I am paying an Advance Room Holding Fee to guarantee my room for 2027.
- I acknowledge this fee is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. The moment it is paid, Godsolve stops viewing this room, turns away other applicants ( potential business) and then re prioritises renovation and or deep cleaning.
- I acknowledge that my room is 100% secured and will be held exclusively for me until 28th January.
- I have read the Godsolve website and accept the modest, simple facilities (e.g., warm speed-heat showers, water in basins and sink are not heated (kettle is used)). I confirm I am not looking for luxury accommodation.
- I accept the strict Godsolve rules: No visitors, no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs, and curfew / quiet hours.

I understand that this Holding Fee is separate from the once-off Godsolve Registration Fee (R2,400) and the Key Deposit (R300), which are due when the student officially moves in.
(Note: For those who move in early in January, your January rental is already covered by this holding fee, so only the Registration Fee and Key Deposit will be due upon arrival). -
🔴 IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE: Before this booking can be finalised, the Parent needs to fill in the Parent Application AND the Student needs to fill in the Student Application. Both forms can be found by clicking the RED BUTTON at www.godsolve.net.
