🔒 How to Guarantee Your Space
Spaces fill up incredibly fast as current tenants renew. To lock in your room before you arrive in Durban, we require a 2-month (December & January) Registration Holding Fee:
Once paid, your room is 100% guaranteed and immediately taken off the market.
(Please note: This Holding Fee covers the room rental (discounted) for Dec and Jan and is separate from the once-off Godsolve Registration Fee (R2,400) and the Key Deposit (R300), which are due when the student officially moves in. Note: For those who move in early in January, your January rental is already covered by this holding fee, so only the Registration Fee and Key Deposit will be due upon arrival).
⚡ How It Works: The Fast-Track Process
Follow these steps to beat the rush and secure your space immediately:
1. Complete the Booking Sheet
Complete the "secure your room for 2027" sheet (the yellow button is at the bottom of this page).
2. Send to Richard
After you have completed this sheet click "send 2027 room booking sheet to richard". When you click this button on the booking sheet, it instantly formats and sends your details directly to Richard's WhatsApp.
3. Confirm Receipt
Confirm with Richard if he has received your booking details.
4. Return to Website
Go back to www.godsolve.net and click on the red button, you will enter the OPTION screen once again. Do not click the yellow button because you have done so already.
5. Fill In The 2 Forms
Submit both the Parent & Student Applications.
6. WhatsApp Delivery
Richard will receive these also on his WhatsApp.
7. The Screening Call
Richard will personally phone both the parent and the student to ensure our values align and you are a good fit for Godsolve.
8. Banking Details & Payment
Once approved on the phone, Richard provides the banking details, and the parent pays the holding fee.
9. Room Secured!
Your space is officially locked in on our calendar—while others are stuck waiting in a long, stressful queue, with a great uncertainty of what 2027 holds!
⚖️ Are We the Right Fit?
Before securing a room, please ensure you are comfortable with our everyday setup:
- Strict Standards: We have a zero-tolerance policy for substances or bad attitudes. We enforce curfews, quiet hours, and mandatory 60-minute weekly sessions for study/career focus and spiritual dedication.
- Modest Facilities: We live on-site and use the exact same facilities as our tenants. We use speed-heat showers (a major bonus because the hot water never runs out!) and cold-water hand basins and kitchen sink (just add kettle water if you need it hot).
